Shining 3D EinScan H(demo scanner)

The EinScan H is a handheld 3D scanner from SHINING 3D. The scanner uses hybrid structured light with LED light and invisible infrared light. This makes it possible to scan human faces without strong light. With the built-in color camera and large field of view, the scanner provides 3D data in color.

Infrared and structured light as a hybrid light source

The hybrid light source technology combines LED structured light and invisible infrared light in one device. Smart presets for different scan modes support 3D scanning for a wide range of applications.

Scanning with hair acquisition

The invisible infrared light source helps capture dark-coloured objects and makes it easier to scan human hair.

3D scanning with invisible light

The face scanning mode uses invisible infrared light for a safe and comfortable scanning process.

Fine details

The resolution reaches 0.25 mm. The EinScan H captures the geometry of objects such as artwork or furniture with fine details. The accuracy of scanned data is up to 0.05 mm and the volumetric accuracy is 0.1 mm/m. This supports accurate 3D modelling with dense point clouds or polygon meshes.

Fast scanning

The scan speed is up to 1,200,000 points/s. The large scan field of view of 420*440 mm supports fast 3D scanning of large objects. The optimized alignment algorithm enables efficient alignment with small movements of the scanned object or scanned person.
