Form Cure provides a reliable, professional and cost-effective post-curing solution. Temperature and light are precisely controlled to cure 3D printed parts to their optimal performance properties.
Precise temperature control is important for successful post-curing. The cure chamber of the Form Cure heats to an exact 80 °C.
13 LEDs emit light with a wavelength of 405 nm to activate the post-curing reaction. This works together with the heater to post-cure parts.
A rotating turntable, forced-air heating and multi-directional LED lighting provide uniform post-curing of parts.
