Ultimaker ABS 750 g Black
Ultimaker ABS is ABS filament (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) for 3D printing. The material is intended for strong functional prototypes and end-use parts, and can be used for prints where a realistic appearance is required. The ABS colors are not transparent.
This black Ultimaker ABS filament is supplied on a spool. The net weight is 750 grams. According to the existing Dutch text, this filament is best used on the Ultimaker 2 . The existing English text mentions proven ABS profiles for the Ultimaker 2+ in Cura.
Good mechanical properties.

Material choice and printing advice
Ultimaker supplies PLA and ABS as printing materials. For the Ultimaker Original, printing with PLA is recommended. PLA is biodegradable plastic and is the easiest material to print with.
For printing with ABS, a heated print bed is recommended, because ABS tends to warp when it cools too quickly. Therefore, the Ultimaker 2 is the better option when you want to print with ABS. Ultimaker ABS is specifically designed for 3D printing with low warping, so that strong mechanical parts can be made.
