Ultimaker ABS 750 g Blue
Ultimaker ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a non-transparent filament for 3D printing strong mechanical parts, functional prototypes and complex end-use parts. The filament is supplied on a spool for ease of use and has a net weight of 750 grams. Ultimaker ABS has high roundness and consistency.
Application and printer use
According to the existing product information, this filament is best used on the Ultimaker 2 . Ultimaker ABS is designed for 3D printing with low warping and good bed adhesion. Combined with ABS profiles for Ultimaker 2+ in Cura, it is intended for reliable printing.
ABS colors are not transparent.

Material choice: PLA and ABS
Ultimaker supplies PLA and ABS as printing materials. For the Ultimaker Original, PLA is recommended. PLA is biodegradable plastic and is the easiest material to print with. For ABS, a heated print bed is recommended because ABS can warp if it cools down too quickly. Therefore, the Ultimaker 2 is the better option when you want to print with ABS.
