With Novamid® material for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), you can produce parts that are almost indistinguishable from parts made with standard injection molding.
This open-source filament material is a pure polyamide 6/66 and was originally developed many years ago by engineering plastics experts for demanding specialty applications that are often exposed to harsh environments and high temperatures up to 125°C.
Novamid® ID 1030 filaments are optimized for easy 3D printing and offer a combination of properties, including high stiffness and ductility, for applications including transportation, sports and electronics. The optimized crystallization profile improves fusion, enabling parts with excellent interlayer strength and high surface quality.
Novamid® ID 1030 is suitable for durable applications requiring good mechanical properties.
