Ultimaker CPE is a co-polyester filament for complex, technical prints. The material is chemical resistant, tough and dimensionally stable, with reasonable stiffness, high strength and high impact resistance.
CPE is suitable for functional prototypes, models, mechanical parts and short run manufacturing. The material is also suitable for bridging large gaps.

Transparent option available
CPE should be printed at higher temperatures, between 230°C and 250°C, to achieve good results. That is why Ultimaker includes an extra PTFE Coupler with every spool of CPE.
With the material profiles in Cura for Ultimaker 2+, printing parts and prototypes is easy and reliable.
CPE and CPE+ have similar performance characteristics. CPE+ also offers higher temperature resistance and increased impact strength.
