Ultimaker ABS 750 g Orange
Ultimaker ABS filament is ABS, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, for 3D printing strong functional prototypes and end-use parts. The filament is supplied on a spool for ease of use, has consistent roundness and consistency, and the ABS colors are not translucent. The net weight is 750 grams.

Use and material choice
This filament is best used on the Ultimaker 2 . Ultimaker ABS has been specifically designed for 3D printing with low warping to create strong mechanical parts. Combined with the ABS profiles for Ultimaker 2+ in Cura, the filament is designed for reliable 3D printing.
Ultimaker supplies PLA and ABS as printing materials. For the Ultimaker Original, printing with PLA is recommended. PLA is biodegradable plastic and is the easiest material to print with. For printing with ABS, a heated print bed is recommended because ABS can warp when it cools down too quickly. Therefore, the Ultimaker 2 is the better option when you want to print with ABS.
