Over dit product
Ultimaker CPE filament
CPE (co-polyester) is a material type from Ultimaker for complex, technical prints. The material is suitable for functional prototypes, models, mechanical parts and short run production.
CPE is chemical resistant, tough and dimensionally stable. The material has reasonable stiffness, high strength, high impact resistance and good interlayer adhesion, especially when using the front door add-on.
Excellent chemical resistance
Excellent toughness and dimensional stability
Good interlayer adhesion, especially when using the front door add-on
Low levels of ultrafine particles (UFPs) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
Suitable for short run production and functional prototypes
Transparent option available
Printing and material choice
CPE is suitable for prints where large holes or spans need to be bridged. For good results, CPE must be printed at higher temperatures, between 230°C and 250°C. Ultimaker therefore includes an extra PTFE Coupler with every spool of CPE.
CPE and CPE+ have similar performance characteristics. CPE+ also offers higher temperature resistance and higher impact resistance. Thanks to the Cura material profiles for the Ultimaker 2+, parts and prototypes can be printed easily and reliably.

Filament: droog bewaren, met het juiste profiel.
Filament neemt vocht op; een droge opslag of een droogkast houdt de kwaliteit op peil. Het materiaalprofiel van de fabrikant zorgt dat de eerste print goed is.
