LUVOCOM 3F PAHT 9936 BK filament is a high-temperature PA6-based 3D printing material in black. The material has high mechanical strength, strong thermal properties, chemical resistance to oils and lubricants, high abrasion resistance and electrical insulation properties. This makes it suitable for industrial 3D printing applications and distinguishes it from unmodified PA6 or PA66 materials.
During long-term use at elevated temperatures up to 120 °C (20,000 h) and during short-term peaks up to 160 °C (max. 200 h), the material maintains its mechanical integrity. Linear processing shrinkage is low (0.3%) and water absorption is reduced (< 0.3%, 23 °C / 24 h). LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK is intended for professional users who need high mechanical strength and electrical insulation properties.
