Ultimaker ABS Green is ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) filament on a spool, intended for easier handling during printing. The net weight is 750 grams.
The filament has consistent roundness and solidity. The ABS colors are opaque.
Applications and properties
ABS is used worldwide in various industries and is known for its mechanical properties. Ultimaker ABS is specifically formulated for 3D printing with reduced warping and consistent interlayer adhesion, for strong mechanical parts, functional prototypes and complex end-use parts.

Choosing print material
Ultimaker supplies PLA and ABS as print materials. For the Ultimaker Original, PLA is recommended. PLA is biodegradable plastic and is the easiest material to print with.
For printing with ABS, a heated print bed is recommended, because ABS can warp if it cools down too quickly.
