Ultimaker PLA 750 g Orange
Ultimaker PLA (polylactic acid) is filament for 3D printing with reliable performance and good surface quality. PLA is made from organic, renewable sources and is biodegradable. The material is safe, easy to print with, and suitable for novice and advanced users.
This Orange version is supplied on a spool for easier use. The net weight is 750 grams. The PLA colors are opaque and the filament has consistent roundness and firmness.

This filament is best used on the Ultimaker 2 . Combined with Cura’s extensively tested material profile settings for the Ultimaker 2+, PLA combines detailed surface quality with reliable performance.
Ultimaker supplies PLA and ABS as printing materials. PLA is recommended for the Ultimaker Original. PLA is the easiest material to print with. For ABS, a heated print bed is recommended because ABS tends to warp if it cools too quickly. Therefore, the Ultimaker 2 is the better option if you want to print with ABS.
